I put together two looks- one glam and one casual- that can both be worn with denim for a festive and chic, all-day outfit.
OUTFIT #1 | GLAM
Nothing says modern glam more than velvet and sparkle. I paired this simple velvet top with a beaded statement necklace. The top is from Old Navy in the shade Meteorite, which is a cross between a teal and an evergreen color. It's a unique shade of green that will really stand out for the holidays. The necklace is old Banana Republic that I thrifted, but you can find similar statement necklaces at J. Crew Factory and Forever 21. This simple top and statement necklace pair perfect together for the holidays because of the bold colors and chic materials.
OUTFIT #2 | CASUAL
For a more casual approach, I paired a plaid flannel scarf with a simple red crewneck sweater. Plaid is a holiday favorite, and this scarf from J. Crew Factory has a mixture of colors that is festive and cozy. The crewneck sweater is from Forever 21, and the bright red color matches the red in the scarf, which is what I personally think makes this outfit POP. Being more casual, this look is extra COMFY; all while still looking put-together and ready to party.
