Spring, where are you?!

Although it's technically the spring season, I've been hopin', wishin' and prayin' that the weather will finally get the memo. CATCH UP, WOULD YA?!

I still remember the Easter days of floral dresses and sunbonnets with white tights and Mary Jane shoes. That was back when you could count on the weather to be Easter-worthy. The last few years have been cold or rainy; far from the holidays I remember!

Each year, I push myself to wear a dress for Easter because it just feels RIGHT. But then again, what's with all the pressure? Good ole' St. Patty's Day is this weekend, fashionistas, but instead of stepping into my closet, I am stepping into the kitchen with my mama.

Target Spring Shoe Wish List

A few weeks ago, I was just NOT feeling spring fashion. I didn't want to think about changing up my wardrobe again- swapping out my chunky sweaters for floral sundresses and my over the knee boots for espadrilles.

But then I started hitting some of my favorite stores (Target, Old Navy and Goodwill to name a few) and my mindset changed. All I needed was a little inspiration! The new styles and colors hitting the shelves helped me visualize myself dressing for spring again, and now I'm officially ready! BRING IT ON!
