Old Navy Fall Wish List

August 23, 2018

Alright, I'm officially getting internally giddy for fall and two things are contributing to that feeling: all of the new fall fashion in stores AND chocolate covered taffy apples now being available at my local candy store.

As much as I love summer, I can't help it- thoughts of fall make me SO excited. There's just something about throwing on a comfy sweater, drinking hot chocolate and reading a good book that speaks to me.

Although I plan to soak up these last weeks of summer, shopping and planning for fall outfits is a way I can keep myself in both universes. Old Navy has released some of their new pieces for fall and I'm LOVING what I'm seeing! For today's post, I created a wish list of the items I'm eyeing (and dying to get!) for the upcoming change of seasons.

This quilted bomber-style jacket is on my must-have side of the list. First of all, I love it in the shade The Right Mauve because it's pink, duh, and because it's the perfect shade of pink going into the fall! It's a casual piece that I can see myself pairing with black jeans and a soft tee.

The "fall florals" trend is one I'm struggling to get used to; I'm more of a spring/summer floral print kind of girl. But this cold shoulder top gets it right with longer sleeves for cooler days and a mix of yellows and reds that are definitely appropriate for fall.

I talk about the Power Jean A LOT. I love that this denim stops above the ankle with a straight cut hem; especially for the fall because I can't wait to wear these jeans with mules and a sweater! They're the perfect cut if you want to showcase your shoes. I'm planning to purchase this style in black this season.

My fall/winter wardrobe has so many crew neck sweatshirts from Old Navy that it just may burst. But they are seriously the comfiest and pair well with so many things, especially with quilted down vests. I even wrote a post about styling a sweatshirt here. Their latest creation I want is yellow and says "brunch crew." Need.

Camo details are baaaack. This jacket is a fun alternative to your typical green field jacket that comes out to play in the fall. It's also light enough to wear indoors as your outfit! Pair this piece with your favorite denim and black suede boots for an edgy look that will make you feel like a BOSS.

ON's sueded block heel is a staple in my shoe collection. (I have pairs in blush and hot pink!) I am LOVING that they created this popular style in a leopard print for the fall season. The best part about these heels is you can dress them up with a fancy outfit for a night out or dress them down with boyfriend jeans and a leather jacket. Super versatile!

You already know I'm a SUCKER for graphic tees. There's tons of cute new graphics at Old Navy, and I'm especially digging this "Prosecco and Pizza" one because I love the maroon color and the rose gold writing. You know that jeans/leather jacket/leopard heels combo I mentioned above? Pair THIS tee with it.

Out of everything on my wish list, I am SWOOPING IN for this jacket ASAP! I have the suede moto jacket in wine and camel colors from last year, but the new shade called "Meteorite" literally has me SWOONING. It's a cross between a green and a blue and I'm obsessed.

Don't be fooled by the name "joggers" because these pants are far from athletic wear. With four different colors to choose from and a comfy banded ankle, I could TOTALLY see myself wearing these to work with a blazer and heels. And then again with a tee, denim jacket and sneaks when running errands. BRB, buying EVERY color.

This blouse is so feminine and delicate. The ruffles on the collar and the bell sleeves make it a unique, yet simple silhouette. It appears long enough to wear with leggings, but I could also see it paired with olive green pants. They say no white after labor day, but this top will definitely make me break the rules! (It comes in black too if you're not much of a rule breaker.)
